Europi has an ongoing partnership with the leading PropTech venture capital firm Pi Labs. Europi also operates as strategic partner for Pi Labs in the Nordic region, acting as a bridge to Nordic PropTech companies seeking international expansion and facilitating entry to the Nordic markets for international ventures.
Direct co-investments
Europi makes co-investments in individual PropTech companies from time to time. Examples include Landtech, a SaaS platform focused on facilitating and simplifying the process for property professionals to identify and unlock value in land with development potential. We aspire to stay close to new technologies and innovation that can be used to improve our portfolio, the wider built environment and how we operate as a company.
