Jonathan is CEO and Co-Founder of Europi. He was previously a Principal in Blackstone’s European real estate private equity group since 2015. Before Blackstone, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs and an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, focusing on derivatives structuring. Jonathan received a BSc in Economics with First Class Honours from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master’s (MDesS) in Real Estate & the Built Environment from Harvard University GSD. He is an active Member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and is also a Board Member of Capital Park S.A. in Poland.

Jonas is Group Investment Director at Europi and has been with the company from the start. Prior to joining Europi, Jonas worked in the EMEA real estate investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, based in London since 2017. Previously, Jonas worked in Deutsche Bank’s M&A and corporate finance team in Frankfurt as well as Allianz Capital Partners’ direct infrastructure investment team in Munich. Jonas holds a BSc in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.

James is Asset Management Director at Europi, working closely with local operating partners to create value across the investment portfolio. Prior to joining Europi, James worked as Head of Asset Management for Elite Partners Capital, establishing the UK-based management operations, including managing the c. 150 UK assets held by the Singapore-listed Elite Commercial REIT. Previously, James worked as Asset Management Director – North at Telereal Trillium, the largest privately owned property company in the UK. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2004.

Niclas is Vice President at Europi and leads the group’s Powered Land strategy. Prior to joining Europi, Niclas was a Senior Associate in Blackstone’s real estate private equity group in London. Previously, Niclas worked in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking team in Frankfurt. Niclas holds an MSc in Finance from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.

Johan is an Investment Manager at Europi and also leads ongoing business development. Prior to Europi, Johan focused on residential real estate at Brunswick Real Estate Ventures and Hembla (previously ‘D. Carnegie’). Before this he was an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group. Johan holds a BSc and MSc in Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics.

Andrea is an Investment Manager at Europi. Andrea is also a Board Member of queue-management platform, Dibz. Prior to Europi, Andrea worked in residential real estate development and PropTech investments at Brunswick Real Estate Ventures. She has also worked as a Venture Capital Analyst at Northzone. Andrea holds a BSc and MSc in Business and Management from Stockholm School of Economics.

Dorottya is Group CFO at Europi. She brings substantial experience across practice and industry, with senior finance roles covering audit, advisory, financial reporting, and technical accounting. She began her career in audit with Deloitte, before moving into transaction advisory at PwC and financial reporting advisory at Grant Thornton. In industry, she has held senior positions at a major listed bank, an international shipping group, and a multinational defence company. Dorottya is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University College Dublin.

Christian is Group Financial Controller at Europi. Prior to Europi, Christian worked as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte focusing on larger public companies. Christian holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Lund University.

Matilda is Chief of Staff at Europi. Prior to Europi, Matilda worked as a Team Coordinator within the Internal Audit Department at the London office of Hutchison Whampoa Europe, a multinational conglomerate. Matilda has studied Geography, Film, Sociology and Media at Santa Monica College.

Polymnia is Group Accounting Manager at Europi. Her background includes several years at Deloitte, where she managed engagements for large, listed companies, as well as industry experience in the pharmaceutical sector. She is an ACCA-qualified accountant with an MSc in Economics from Aristotle University and an MBA from the University of Macedonia in Greece.

Thanos is a Senior Corporate Accountant at Europi. Prior to joining Europi, he spent several years at Ernst & Young, working with large and mid-sized clients on financial reporting, audit and IFRS engagements, including groups with international operations. He has also held financial control roles in industry, with hands-on responsibility for budgeting, management reporting and internal controls. Thanos is an ACA finalist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Piraeus.

Dimitris is a Senior Corporate Accountant at Europi. Prior to Europi, he held senior finance roles at Intrum, Imerys and 3M, gaining exposure to multi-jurisdictional reporting, international accounting standards and shared service centre environments. Dimitris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.

Dimitra is a Finance Operations Associate at Europi. Prior to joining Europi, Dimitra worked in the hospitality and tourism sector as an Operations Coordinator, while also contributing to international volunteering initiatives through AIESEC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Markella is People & Operations Manager at Europi. Prior to joining Europi, she worked in HR and business support roles at multinational organisations including Microsoft, AbbVie, and Volkswagen Bank, as well as in the professional services industry. Markella focuses on digital transformation, partnering with senior leadership, and building inclusive, high-performing cultures. She holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management from Alba Graduate Business School and a BSc in Business Administration and Management from Hellenic American University.

Arthur is an Investment Director at Hyde Park Properties, Europi’s Prime Central London residential strategy, and has been with Europi from the start. Prior to Europi, Arthur was a Senior Underwriter & Loans Manager at Aspen Bridging Limited. Arthur started his career working at STJ Advisors, a leading independent ECM advisory firm in Hong Kong. Arthur holds a BSc in International Management (China) with Chinese Language from SOAS University of London.

Corina is an Operations Associate at Hyde Park Properties. Prior to Hyde Park Properties, Corina worked as a Property Operations & Systems Coordinator at Experience Capital Group and she has also held several Procurement Specialist positions. Corina holds a BSc in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Nacional de México.

Millie is a Procurement Associate at Hyde Park Properties. Prior to Hyde Park Properties, she worked as a Procurement Assistant at OAG, a global architectural glazing company, and at Domis Construction, supporting procurement across large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Millie holds a CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Commercial Procurement & Supply and a BA (Hons) in Sociology from Leeds Beckett University.

Willem De Geer is Co-Founder and Chairman of Europi, as well as Chairman of the Board of AVY Finans AB (a PropTech company focusing on digitalizing residential real estate). Prior to this, Willem was the founder and CEO at Panopticon, a data visualisation software company. Willem is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics.

Jacob is owner and Board Member of Bergsundet (a family group of companies active in long-term commercial real estate and residential development in Sweden, previously also Germany and Switzerland) as well as Board Member of Family Business Network, Sweden. Prior to this Jacob was Partner and Senior Vice President at Gylling Optima Batteries. Jacob holds a BSc in Marketing and Finance from the American College of Switzerland.

Pelayo is Executive Partner of Kefren Capital real estate and Managing Director of Kefren Capital, a private and public equity investor. Pelayo has also been Chairman of Norfin Inversiones Inmobiliarias, Spanish affiliate of a Portuguese real estate Fund Manager. Prior to investing and managing real estate investments, Pelayo worked for Citigroup as Director of Commercial and Investment Banking. Pelayo graduated in law and business at ICADE E-3, and completed an MBA at The Wharton School. He was Chair of the Alumni Board for 9 years and member of the Wharton’s EMEA International Advisory board for another 9, until 2020.

Edward is Head of Buyout UK & Managing Director at Ardian. Prior to Ardian, he worked at TPG in their London private equity group. He previously worked at HIG Capital and Rothschild M&A advisory. Edward holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Gabriel is the CEO and Founding Partner of Fidelio Capital, a growth-oriented global investor, headquartered in Sweden. Prior to founding Fidelio Capital, Gabriel worked at Nordic Capital and Carnegie in Stockholm. Gabriel holds an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and has a Curriculum stage one University Medical Degree from Linköping University.

Emmeli is a Senior Advisor to Europi and previously held the Group CFO position. She has been with the company since it was founded in 2019. In addition to Europi, Emmeli serves as Board Member of AVY Finans AB, a PropTech company focusing on digitalizing residential real estate. Prior to Europi Emmeli spent 14 years building companies within the tech and real estate industries. Emmeli has studied Finance and Management at Stockholm University.
